Welcome to Hobby Hill Farm Fresh where we make food FRESH!
A family owned and operated business Hobby Hill Farm Fresh had it’s start at Farmer’s Markets and has grown steadily ever since.
Our personal garden has grown into a business garden where this year alone we planted 80 tomato plants of 4 varieties. We are not certified organic but we feel we are pretty darn close. The farm uses no sprays on any of the vegetables and we grow foods that we eat or know we will be able to sell. Nothing goes to waste. Summer 2012 was a great year for the garden having an abundant amount of tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and zucchini. All the zucchini from our 20+ plants was used in the making of zucchini goodies featuring breads, cookies and cakes that has been sold at the markets.
One of our featured products in May was our 14 Carat Carrot Cake Jam. Oh so wonderful this jam has been used on crackers, in cakes, as a meat baste and let’s not forget warmed up as a topping for vanilla ice cream. And, so begins the journey of tasty jam combinations. Menus change with the seasons and Fall is the season for pumpkin,apple & cranberry products such as breads and muffins. Have a sweet tooth or are you a chocolate lover? Check out our toffee with dark chocolate it is sure to satisfy your craving.
